Wednesday 16th May saw team Captains from all Touch Teams gather for a introduction evening to next week’s
competitive league starting at Craven Park.
The League will be running from 6pm to 8pm starting next Wednesday 23rd May for 10 consecutive weeks.
Eight Teams have entered into the league and they consist of BAE Bulls, Furness Tile Tornados, Barrow Island ARLFC, Walney ARLFC, Barrow FRLC, Tax Dodgers, Furness RU and the Barbarians.
The Barbarians team will be made up of individuals that don’t belong to a team but would like to

If you have any sports activities open to the general public, we can promote them in our weekly email, on What's happening and on our calendar. Our weekly email goes out directly to over 1000 people every week. We know that many people forward this to friends, club members and work colleagues. Other websites also share our calendar.
So if you've got anything on, we can promote it to hundreds of people for free. Just email Emma your activity, the date, time, venue, cost and contact details and we'll do the rest.

We welcome new nominations for members of the Sports Council from local clubs all year round. So if you want to join us, don't wait for our next AGM. You can nominate a member now. Click here to open the nomination form!
If you want to know who we are and what we do, have a look here or ring Emma on 407319 .
We now have a You Tube site. On it, you can see short videos of some of the activities we put on over the holidays and a short film of the new soft play and sensory room.
